1. Refund Eligibility

If you are unsatisfied with the webinar, you may request a refund within 7 days of the webinar date. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Send an email to contact@webial.net with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Provide your name, email address, and reason for the refund request.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of the webinar.
  • You failed to attend the webinar due to personal reasons.
  • You did not provide sufficient justification for the refund.
